The Nines, a sophisticated six-storey residential rental and main floor retail development, is located at the intersection of Elbow Drive SW and Southland Drive SW, bordering the communities of Southwood and Haysboro. Across the street from grocery stores, pharmacy and medical, public park and an abundance of amenities. The owners have plans to enhance the park facilities located west of the development, providing an outdoor recreation area for residents and the surrounding community to enjoy.
The upper floors of the building will house 86 upscale one and two-bedroom rental suites featuring premium finishes and spacious balconies. Residents will have access to a rooftop patio for gatherings, BBQs, and panoramic views of the mountains and Glenmore Reservoir. Bow River Shopping Centre is a well-established commercial destination serving the Sunnyside and surrounding northwest Calgary communities. The centre offers a balanced mix of retail, dining and service-based businesses designed to meet everyday needs in a convenient, community-focused setting.
